IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
No there is no minimum order size. However the availability of rental items may vary due to rental reservations.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You may place an order by sending an e-mail via gaucirentalservices@gmail.com or by calling us on +356 79821215. You may also submit an order via our online form. Please let us know the specific items and quantities needed, the event date/s and the venue details so that we could send you availability details and quotations.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
We accept reservations till up to one day from the event. However we suggest early reservations in order to ensure availability of rental items.
CAN I VISIT YOUR STORES?
Our stores are open by appointment.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
We accept cheque, cash, and online bank transfer payments. Payments may be settled either upon reservation or upon delivery.
WHAT ABOUT PICK UP AND DELIVERY OF THE RENTED ITEMS?
Pick up and delivery services are freely provided except for orders amounting to 80 Euro or less.
